Final
I took a lot of inspiration from many images I found on Pinterest. I stayed with the same themes I used with the first sets—the blue and white color scheme with flowers—but this time I chose to also add a bow element as well as different styles of flowers. I also added in some line work, and I’m really happy with some of my results.

These are some of the images I took a lot of inspiration from.
My final cups follow the same blue-and-white color scheme, but instead of using floral drawings like the others, I chose a different approach by using polka dots. Both cups are significantly larger than my first set, which immediately sets them apart in scale. While I appreciate the growth in this pair, I find myself preferring my first set, primarily because of the handles.

The new cups have sharper, more prominent edges and handles, whereas my last set feels noticeably smoother and more rounded. Additionally, both cups have a more patchy white glaze layer compared to the first set, which had a cleaner and more defined finish. The cups do have small cracks inside them, so I probably won’t use them for food or drinks, but they could be used as a pen holder or something similar.
My second set of bowls also uses a white and blue color scheme, but I chose a different design by incorporating hearts. I prefer the softer blue tones over the darker blues I used in the first set. While the bowls are slightly less even than my original set, I maintained the same overall size.

The initial white layer is still slightly uneven and drippy, which I am not a fan of. However, I like how the hearts turned out; they are light but still clearly visible, and they do not appear messy or blob-like.
The second set of plates turned out really well. I used a blue-and-white color scheme again, and I think the results were much stronger this time. The colors look light and balanced while still being clearly present. The white glaze on the first plate was a bit spotty, but the second plate came out even and smooth.

I used stripes as the main design for this set, which was inspired by the reference images. This ended up being one of my favorite sets. I used the press plate method, which didn’t work well for me the first time, but this time it went really well, and all of the plates turned out exactly how I wanted.

The set would be used for everyday purposes; nothing special was required, wherever I needed them to be used. right now i use the bowls for snacks.
